Les sénégalaises mettent ce « tabac » dans le vagin pour…

Au Sénégal, certaines femmes introduisent une poudre dans leur vagin – souvent appelée « tabac » – censée leur procurer du plaisir ou soulager leurs douleurs, comme elles l’affirment. Problème : cette poudre est fabriquée et vendue dans la clandestinité, sans aucun contrôle. D’où de nombreuses interrogations concernant son impact sur la santé des utilisatrices, qui seraient de plus en plus nombreuses.

C’est Seydou Tamba Cisse, un habitant de la région de Sédhiou, dans le sud-ouest du Sénégal, qui a contacté la rédaction des Observateurs de France 24 au sujet de cette poudre, utilisée par certaines femmes dans la zone « afin de satisfaire leurs désirs sur le plan sexuel et de soulager leurs douleurs », lorsqu’elles sont seules. Selon lui, cette poudre serait très appréciée, au point de constituer une « drogue » pour certaines d’entre elles.

Afin d’en savoir davantage sur ses effets, France 24 a contacté dans cette région deux femmes qui l’utilisent régulièrement.

Rosa M. (pseudonyme) est âgée de 42 ans :
J’ai entendu parler de cette poudre pour la première fois il y a six ans : une femme nous avait raconté qu’elle l’avait mise dans son vagin pour soulager ses maux de tête et que ça avait fonctionné.Quelques mois plus tard, je l’ai essayée à mon tour, par curiosité. On m’a conseillé de l’appliquer sur une blessure que j’avais au pied, et elle a disparu cinq jours plus tard.

Une autre fois, on m’a dit de mettre la poudre directement dans mon vagin, car j’étais très fatiguée. C’est ce que j’ai fait, mais ça m’a donné le vertige et fait vomir. Au bout de 30 minutes de souffrances, je me suis finalement rincée le vagin avec de l’eau et j’ai retrouvé la forme. Mais le lendemain, j’ai quand même eu des boutons à cet endroit.

Désormais, je continue de l’utiliser pour atténuer la douleur, quand je suis souffrante, mais je ne le mets plus du tout dans le vagin, même si c’est comme ça qu’on l’utilise habituellement.

Actuellement, beaucoup de femmes utilisent cette poudre, alors qu’avant, c’était plutôt celles dont les maris voyageaient… Certaines l’utilisent par habitude, car elles en ont besoin pour se sentir bien : c’est comme la cigarette. Lire la suite…
