Le Khalife général des Mourides Serigne Sidy Moctar Mbacké s’en est allé ce mardi à l’âge de 94 ans à Touba. Selon le ministre de l’Intérieur Ally Ngouille , cet homme de Dieu a marqué son passage à la tête du Khalifa de Serigne Touba.
« Serigne Sidy Moctar Mbacké est un homme d’une dimension spirituelle exceptionnelle. Il a marqué son passage au niveau du khalifa », a déclaré mercredi le ministre sur la Rfm. Selon lui, le défunt khalife a su unifier les tarikha au Sénégal à travers la déclaration qu’il avait faite dès l’entame de son khalifa.
« Le plus marquant dans son passage au Khalifa, c’est qu’il ne s’est jamais initié dans les affaires politique du Sénégal« , témoigne le ministre avec le cœur meurtri.
Le ministre de l’Intérieur, Aly Ngouille Ndiaye, est attendu ce mercredi à Touba suite au rappel à Dieu du khalife général de Mourides, Serigne Sidy Moctar Mbacké.
