Alain Samba, de l’avenue Odgen, accusé d’homicide par négligence criminelle, affirme que son arme s’est déclenchée accidentellement. Une source de PIX11 News révèle que l’agent de correction a dit qu’il nettoyait l’arme et qu’il a accidentellement tiré sur Marie Faye.
Jose Perez, le concierge de l’immeuble a déclaré à PIX11 News qu’il était choqué d’apprendre que Faye, l’infirmière qu’il connaissait bien, serait capable d’être à coté d’une arme à feu.
