Le chef de l’État Macky Sall a réitéré mardi,sa volonté de moderniser la gestion publique territoriale avec l’installation du Conseil supérieur de la fonction publique locale. «Cette grande réforme exige la modernisation de la gestion publique territoriale, avec la promotion soutenue de la qualité des ressources humaines», a-t-il dit lors de l’installation des membres du Conseil supérieur de la fonction publique locale. Selon lui, une «telle vision ne peut pas s’accommoder de collectivités territoriales qui sont justes des prolongements de partis politiques». Dans cette perspective, il a plaidé pour une évolution des esprits dans les collectivités territoriales. «Cette réforme exige des acteurs socialement protégés, les travailleurs, et professionnellement respectés parce qu’aussi bien formés que responsabilisés», a estimé Macky Sall.
