Si les populations demandent plus de répression face aux nombreux cas de meurtres et viols faits aux enfants, tel n’est pas le cas pour le Garde des sceaux, ministre de la Justice. Face à cette situation décriée de part et d’autre, Ismaila Madior Fall a soutenu que les textes sont “répressifs” au Sénégal.
“Ce que les lois ont prévu est clair. En cas de pareille situation, on étudie et applique la loi comme il le faut. Et sur ce, l’État du Sénégal n’a pas de demi-mesure”, a noté le ministre qui s’exprimait sur la Rfm. Le principe est que la “loi doit être ferme”, face à ces dérives, ajoute-t-il.

I’m sorry it has taken me so long to make a new list. There were some problems making this list. I also was away from the computer for awhile. I hope you all have had a good month. It’s been almost a month since the last update. The next list won’t take that long to make. At least I hope it won’t.
