3 ans de prison ferme, plus d’une amende de 6 millions de nos francs, c’est la sentence qu’encourt le prévenu Djiby Bâ. Ce dernier a comparu, hier, à la barre du tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar pour vol en réunion commis la nuit avec effraction. Le verdict sera connu demain mercredi.

En effet, le 20 décembre 2017 à Guédiawaye, quartier Darou Salam, vers les coups de 23 heures, un voleur est entré dans la chambre du couple Ba qui était dans un sommeil profond. Il a volé 3 téléphones portables et un sac contenant plusieurs millions de nos francs, lequel était sous le lit du sieur Bâ. Et tout cela sans faire de bruit. À son réveil, l’épouse d’Amadou Ba a constaté que ses téléphones avaient disparu. C’est sur ces entrefaites qu’il a réveillé son mari pour l’informer de la situation. Aussitôt, il a eu le réflexe de regarder sous le lit pour voir si son sac qui contenait l’argent y était toujours. Malheureusement, il avait aussi disparu. Sur ce, Djiby Bâ a porté plainte contre X et une enquête a été ouverte. La police a fait une réquisition au niveau de la Sonatel pour voir quelle puce a été insérée dans le téléphone portable volé. Et, c’est le nom d’Ibrahima Bâ qui est apparu. Les limiers ont tenté de le joindre en vain. Il a fallu recourir au service de son père qui a accepté de coopérer avec la justice de son pays pour l’arrestation de son propre fils. Ainsi, le mis en cause a été arrêté grâce au coup de fil de son papa.
