Me Ousseynou Fall a en effet demandé à Oumar Bocoum appelé à la barre de lui rappeler les dispositions de l’article 644 du code des collectivités locales si effectivement elles sont régies par cet article. M. Bocoum qui n’a pas répondu a pu le faire après qu’on lui a chuchoté à l’oreille ce qu’il doit dire.
