L’ancien ministre de la communication a écrit une lettre datée de ce lundi 18 septembre pour informer l’opinion publique nationale qu’il a “décidé, pour toute la durée de cette législature 2017-2022 pendant laquelle les populations du département de Kédougou” lui ont “donné mandat de représenter le peuple sénégalais à l’Assemblée nationale, de reverser l’intégralité” de ses indemnités de député aux dites populations, à travers la Fondation Mamba Guirassy pour l’Entrepreneuriat, qui sera créée à cet effet. Ces sommes, fait savoir M. Guirassy, “s’ajouteront à celles offertes à la Fondation par les personnes physiques et morales de bonne volonté…”, a-t-il précisé dans sa lettre.
