D’un tempérament plutôt calme d’habitude, Baaba Maal a littéralement pété les plombs en poussant une gueulante visant son staff.
L’artiste qui animait une conférence de presse pour annoncer qu’il se lance dans la distribution digitale de musique n’a pas goûté le manque de rigueur dont ses camarades ont fait preuve, et qui a causé quelques couacs organisationnels qui ont mis Baaba Maal hors de lui.
A tel point qu’il cachait mal son exaspération au moment de monter sur scène pour faire la balance avec ses musiciens.
Alors que l’argent avait été déboursé pour assurer la protection des lieux, les éléments en charge de la sécurité sont tout bonnement arrivés largement en retard.
Résultat des courses : l’artiste a perdu séance tenante deux téléphones subtilisés par un habile quidam ainsi qu’une paire de lunettes à laquelle il tenait comme la prunelle de ses yeux.
Excédé, le chef de file du Dande Lenol l’a fait savoir à ses proches collaborateurs pantois. Bien heureusement, ils se sont démenés comme de beaux diables pour retrouver les smartphones. Ils ont par contre eu moins de chance en ce qui concerne la paire de lunette.
