Pour cette raison, le Forum prie l’Ofnac «d’ouvrir une enquête sur cette pratique qui compromet gravement», selon l’organisation de défense des droits de l’homme, en conformité à «la culture de l’intégrité et de l’exemplarité, la culture du respect et de la protection du bien public, celle de la performance et de la promotion du mérite et de la reddition des comptes et de l’imputabilité».
