L’affaire opposant Yaye Fatou Sy, propriétaire d’un immeuble aux Almadies, au milliardaire Cheikh Amar a été vidée par le juge des référés. Celui-ci a ordonné l’expulsion du patron du Holding Amar de l’immeuble qu’il avait pris en location. Selon la plaignante, l’homme d’affaires, lui devait 26 millions Fcfa d’arriérés de loyer.
Me Khassimou Touré, avocat de Cheikh Amar a souligné que son client ne s’est opposé à la décision et aurait quitté l’immeuble bien avant. A l’en croire, la plaignante cherche à salir la réputation « d’un homme qui a tout fait dans ce pays ». Et qui plus est, n’est pas à 26 millions près.
