Un jeune berger de 19 ans est accusé de viol sur une dame de 40 ans. L’affaire remonte au 27 décembre dernier. Cueillit par la Gendarmerie de Kébémer, le berger après plainte du mari de la femme, explique en premier lieu que c’est la dame qui lui a forcé à avoir des rapports sexuels avec elle et quand il s’est rendu compte de la différence d’âge, il a arrêté sa besogne en pleine action.
Dans sa deuxième déclaration, le berger soutient qu’il sort avec la dame et entretient des rapports sexuels avec elle. Il devait lui donner 10 mille Fcfa et lui a remis 5000 Fcfa, c’est pour cela que la dame se venge, selon l’accusé.
Dans cette même lancée, déféré, le berger explique encore que la dame lui a supplié de coucher avec elle, car son mari ne la satisfait pas. Jugé avant-hier mercredi, le berger se défend cette fois-ci en jurant n’avoir jamais connu la dame. « Elle m’avait juste demandé 10 mille Fcfa et par gentillesse, il lui ai remis 5000 Fcfa, car elle a l’âge de sa mère. Mais elle a ensuite commencé à crier pour l’accuser de viol. Le parquet a requis 2 ans ferme contre le berger, pour l’instant il sera fixé sir son sort le 31 janvier.
