Du fait que la levée de l’immunité parlementaire du député et maire de Dakar, le ministère public va saisir le doyen des juges après notification officielle de l’Assemblée nationale.
Du coup, les choses devraient s’emballer dans les prochains jours et pour cause. Selon les informations du journal Libération, parcouru par Actunet.net, le procureur de la République, si Serigne Bassirou Guèye a demandé la levée parlementaire du maire de Dakar, c’est pour éviter que cet argument soit brandi par les conseils de Khalifa Sall lors d’un éventuel procès.
Les sources du journal révèlent que le parquet compte demander le renvoi en correctionnel de Khalifa Sall, Mbaye Touré (Daf), Yaya Bodian (Chef du bureau du budget), Fatou Traoré (assistante du directeur administratif et financier), Ibrahima Touré (Receveur-percepteur), Ibrahima Yatma Diao (Chef de la division financière et comptable), Amadou Moctar Diop (coordonnateur de l’inspection générale des services municipaux).
Seuls l’ancien et le nouveau percepteur, placé sous contrôle judiciaire, devraient être épargnés par ce réquisitoire qui s’appuie fortement sur les aveux de Mbaye Touré et des autres inculpés.
