Selon les sources, depuis une année, les pandores seraient au courant que les nommés P. Diouf et I Dia sont ravitaillés en chanvre indien par un individu originaire de Kaolack.
Après leur garde-à-vue, les deux sexagénaires ont été déférés au Parquet régional de Louga, où ils sont placés sous mandat de dépôt pour détention de 25 cornets de l’herbe qui tue.
