Des cliniques privées non agréées ont été répertoriées par le ministère de la Santé. L’inspection des services a découvert le poteau aux roses. Selon des informations de Libération, au moins un agent, formellement identifié vendait de faux agréments à des particuliers pour ouvrir leurs cliniques.
Pour bénéficier de l’agrément sous forme d’arrêté, les demandeurs doivent monter tout un dossier : copie certifiée du diplôme, acte attestant que le demandeur n’est pas en activité dans la fonction publique, lorsque qu’il s’agit d’un agent de l’Etat, fournir une décision de retraite ou une décision de radiation, un avis du médecin chef de district du lieu d’implantation, un plan de masse visé par le cadastre, le personnel (effectif et contrat de travail). Dans le cas des fraudes au ministère de la Santé, l’individu faisait simplement payer un montant convenu entre les deux parties pour fournir le document.
Le journal informe qu’une plainte du ministre de la Santé, Abdoulaye Diouf Sarr, a été déposée sous le couvert de l’Agent judiciaire de l’Etat. Qui, à son tour, a saisi le Procureur de la République. Plusieurs d’entre elles sont menacées de fermeture.
