De ce qui précède, on comprend pourquoi, l’Etat du Sénégal joue au caméléon pour honorer ses engagements envers ses avocats qui lui réclament des sous, et avec lesquels, il a compris bien après le service effectué qu’il pouvait bien se passer d’eux.
