Aziz Ndiaye et son père sont impliqués dans une affaire de détournement de riz sur laquelle ils devaient jugés le 11 janvier 2018. Le procès a été reporté à aujourd’hui jeudi 08 février au tribunal correctionnel de Dakar. Aziz Ndiaye et son père répondront aux accusations de complicité de recèle de riz et d’associations de malfaiteurs, tandis que son frère Massata Ndiaye est poursuivi pour associations de malfaiteurs et recèle.
Notons que Massata avait passé des mois en prison avant d’avoir une liberté provisoire. Par contre, Aziz Ndiaye et son père étaient placés sous contrôle judiciaire par le Juge. A l’entame de l’ouverture du procès, les inculpés avaient contestés les faits qui leurs sont reprochés.
