Joni Joni veut imposer à la Filiale d’Orange Sénégal, l’arrêt des bonus de crédits généreux qu’il offre à ses clients lors des transferts d’argent, devant le Tribunal de grande instance hors classe de Dakar.
Le transfert d’argent au niveau local est devenu un véritable champ de bataille pour les acteurs qui y évoluent. Les dernières offres d’Orange Sénégal sur le réseau de transfert d’argent Orange Money, permettent aux abonnés de recevoir un bonus crédit du même montant que la somme envoyée, constitue une menace pour le réseau Joni Joni.
Selon Me Ndoumbé Wane, cette offre d’Orange Money s’attire «illégalement» la clientèle qui privilégie ses services au détriment des concurrents. «Cette pratique, en plus d’être un acte de concurrence déloyale est constitutive d’une entrave à la libre concurrence», dénonce l’avocat dans le journal Le Témoin, lu par Actunet.net.
A l’en croire, depuis le mois de mai, les services de Bougane Guèye auraient constaté une baisse de 70% du chiffre d’affaire de Joni Joni. C’est pourquoi, Me Ndoumbé Wane compte plaider l’arrêt de cette offre devant le président du tribunal de grande instance hors classe de Dakar, le 9 octobre prochain.
