C’est ce que demandent les boulangers du Sénégal, dont les représentants dénoncent un manque d’hygiène dans les lieux où sont écoulés leurs produits et un système de distribution qui les défavorise. «Il faut comprendre qu’à Dakar, il y a plus de 600 boulangeries, explique le président de la fédération, Amadou Gaye. Et vous ne pouvez pas faire 200 mètres sans trouver une boulangerie. Donc en se basant sur ce fait-là, il n’y aura pas une pénurie de pain si on interdit la vente du pain dans les boutiques. Il faut que les gens comprennent que nous sommes des industriels.
