Les premiers résultats de l’autopsie du corps de Serigne Fallou Diop n’ont pu déterminer la cause du décès. Selon un médecin légiste de l’Hôpital de Grand Yoff, il y a eu : « Absence de signe extrême de violence, absence de fracture, les viscères sont marqués par la décomposition, ce qui rend non fiable la description des lésions ». Ce qui fait que « La cause directe du décès n’est pas objective ».
Selon le certificat du médecin, consulté par le Quotidien, le corps de Fallou Diop, a été retrouvé « dévêtu, en état de décomposition partielle avec une rupture complète des phlyctènes cutanées ». Les résultats du médecin ont été transmis à la police. Qui a révélé, mardi en conférence de presse, avoir une piste sur le présumé tueur.
Porté disparu durant 5 jours, Serigne Fallou Diop, 2 ans, a été retrouvé mort lundi dernier à Rufisque.
