Le chef de l’État a présidé hier, lundi 26 mars, la cérémonie de présentation des rapports 2016 et 2017, et celui de mandature (2013–2018) du Conseil économique, social et environnemental (Cese). Une occasion pour Macky Sall de tresser des lauriers à la présidente de l’institution, Aminata Tall.
«Vous avez démontré que le (Cese), en toute neutralité, peut servir la République dans la définition et la précision des politiques publiques pour la prise en charge des problèmes de la société, a fait remarquer le président de la République, repris par L’AS. Vous convenez tous avec moi que je suis dans l’action. Je me réjouis de constater que le Cese y est aussi.»
Macky Sall de poursuivre : «En plus de se mobiliser autour des questions relevant de ses attributions, votre Institution s’est investi dans la médiation sociale sans doute facilitée par votre capacité à nouer un dialogue permanent et votre souci de toujours contribuer au renforcement de la cohésion sociale de notre pays.»
En outre, le chef de l’État s’est dit satisfait du «traitement réservé à (s)es saisines sur les questions liées à la réforme foncière, au pétrole et au gaz».
Les rapports du Cese ont porté sur l’étude de l’agrobusiness, l’agriculture familiale, le mix-énergie, la sécurité énergétique, l’évaluation des procédures du Code des marchés publics, notamment.
Le rapport de mandature (2013-2018), lui, est un recueil de 39 avis consécutifs à l’audition de 522 structures et la visite de 59 sites en cinq ans.
