Ce qui se justifie par le fait qu’en dehors du territoire national, j’ai servi mon pays aux quatre coins du monde dans les opérations de maintien de la paix». En terminant, le Colonel Antoine Wardini, ci-devant directeur du Service civique national, déclare qu’«étant à la retraite, je reste à la disposition de mon pays pour continuer à le servir dans d’autres domaines».
