Un jeune homme d’origine guinéenne qui vit au Sénégal depuis maintenant 17 ans a été déféré au parquet pour faux et usage de faux.
Le sieur A. Diallo a cru que l’argent peut tout régler dans le pays de la «Téranga». Ce dernier, pour avoir la carte d’identité nationale sénégalaise a déboursé la somme de 40.000 francs Cfa qu’il a payée à un démarcheur pour qu’il lui trouve un faux acte de naissance avec lequel le Guinéen comptait obtenir la carte nationale d’identité.
Croyant que tout est ok, le Guinéen a commis l’imprudence de se présenter au bureau des passeports pour se faire établir un passeport ordinaire.
C’est ainsi que les agents dudit bureau se sont rendus compte qu’ils ont affaire à un Guinéen et non un Sénégalais.
C’est dans ces circonstances que le jeune homme qui rêvait de voyager a été soumis à un rude interrogatoire.
Le jeune homme avoue qu’il a fait usage d’un faux pour avoir une carte d’identité nationale sénégalaise.
Devant les enquêteurs, le jeune guinéen a maintenu sa version et a été déféré au parquet pour délit de faux et usage de faux à l’état civil.
