La présidence ivoirienne proteste contre »des informations mensongères et diffamatoires » de La Lettre du Continent et porte plainte.
La présidence ivoirienne a dénoncé, samedi soir, des »informations mensongères et gravement diffamatoires » en l’endroit du chef de l’État, Alassane Ouattara, mis en cause par le bimensuel La Lettre du Continent qui annonçait un »fonds de souveraineté de 342,6 milliards F CFA (521 millions €) » du président ivoirien.
» Le Président Alassane Ouattara bénéficie, dans la plus grande discrétion, d’un fonds de souveraineté de 342,6 milliards F CFA (521 millions €), en hausse de 20 milliards par rapport à 2015 », affirmait ce bimensuel dans son édition du 30 août dernier dans un article intitulé »Ouattara fait exploser les fonds souverains ».
Pour la présidence ivoirienne, »ces informations mensongères, gravement diffamatoires, portent atteinte à l’honneur et à la considération du Président de la République, M. Alassane Ouattara », dénonce le communiqué signé par le ministre Patrick Achi, Secrétaire général de l’institution.
»Le Président de la République a donné mandat aux Avocats Maîtres Jean- Pierre Mignard et Jean-Paul Benoit, de mettre en œuvre toutes voies de droit et toutes actions utiles en vue de la sanction de tels agissements et de la réparation des préjudices subis du fait de l’atteinte à son image, tant sur le plan national qu’international », conclut le texte.
