Fonds – “La Cap21 prenait de l’argent mais pas du riz” (Iba Der)

Le coordonnateur de la CAP 21 sous Abdoulaye Wade, le professeur Iba Der Thiam nous a saisis, hier, pour apporter la réplique à Ousmane Faye. Le leader du PSDR, ancien membre de la CAP 21, avait en effet fait une sortie dans les colonnes de Vox Populi, avant-hier, pour détailler les fonds que le Président d’alors distribuait aux membres de sa coalition.
