Le coordonnateur de la CAP 21 sous Abdoulaye Wade, le professeur Iba Der Thiam nous a saisis, hier, pour apporter la réplique à Ousmane Faye. Le leader du PSDR, ancien membre de la CAP 21, avait en effet fait une sortie dans les colonnes de Vox Populi, avant-hier, pour détailler les fonds que le Président d’alors distribuait aux membres de sa coalition.
« Il y avait au total 78 partis dans le CAP 21. Et chaque parti recevait effectivement la somme de 300 000 francs CFA mensuellement. Ça, c’est la vérité. Mais à côté de cela, on a parlé de riz. Mais jamais, cela n’a existé. Ça a été une accusation lancée par Amath Dansokho, mais qui était fondée sur un mensonge. Il y a eu une fois du riz qui devait être versé à des chefs religieux, et c’est le reste de ce riz que les gens avaient dit qu’on peut donner ça aux partis de la CAP 21. Quelques-uns ont pris, d’autres n’ont pas pris. Mais, c’était la seule fois », a-t-il indiqué.
Puis Iba Der Thiam de se demander : « Pourquoi parler de riz, de feul feul, etc, vous connaissez un peu comment dans les partis ça marche. On peut dénaturer la réalité et accuser les gens de crimes qu’ils n’ont jamais commis. Jamais cela n’a existé et il ne peut pas en apporter la preuve », a préciser Iba Der Thiam.
