« Cette étude ne nous apprend rien de nouveau. Que l’Ofnac publie le vrai rapport d’activité détaillé de 2016 dont la loi lui fait obligation, c’est mieux que de divertir les Sénégalais avec cette étude qui ne nous apprend rien de nouveau. Seul le rapport d’activité de 2016 peut nous renseigner sur les personnes ou entreprises susceptible de poursuite pour des faits de corruption.»
Notons également que le ministre de l’Intérieur et de la Sécurité ne semble guère apprécier le fait que les corps de la Police et de la Gendarmerie soient pointés dans le rapport 2017 de l’Ofnac.
« Je n’ai pas vu cette étude et je n’en suis pas aussi convaincu. Je pense que le niveau de corruption dépasse les corps constitués. C’est à tous les niveaux », a réagi Aly Ngouille Ndiaye hier en marge de la cérémonie d’incinération de drogues tenue à Ouakam.
