L’enquête ouverte pour situer les responsabilités a permis l’arrestation de plusieurs suspects. Parallèlement aux investigations de la Section de recherches de la gendarmerie, chargée du dossier, l’Armée a effectué plusieurs frappes militaires dans la zone et alentours.
