Contrairement à ce qui a été avancé récemment, le SDT3S est bel et bien considéré comme fictif par la direction de l’Hôpital général de Grand-Yoff (HOGGY). Ce, tant qu’il n’y aura pas de notification de son existence légale. Selon une note de la direction de cet hôpital, il est interdit au syndicat SDT3S de tenir une réunion dans l’enceinte de l’hôpital au motif qu’il n’avait pas notifié son existence par le dépôt d’une copie de son récépissé.
Les responsables de cet établissement de santé expliquant ce qui s’est passé, ajoutent qu’«un de ses membres s’estimant lésé s’est épanché dans la presse accusant l’HOGGY de l’empêcher de jouir de ses droits et libertés syndicaux. En retour, le chargé de la communication de l’HOGGY a déclaré qu’aux yeux de sa Direction ce syndicat était fictif puisque n’ayant déposé aucune preuve de son existence.»
Tapant sur la table, ils clament ceci : «Ce qu’il ne savait pas par paresse intellectuelle et manque de professionnalisme, c’est que son ami et généreux frère syndicaliste a commencé ses tentatives de réunion depuis le 5 Mai 2017, soit 6 mois avant d’exister ! Au surplus, la Direction n’a pas encore reçu ce document, puisque la photo dans l’article de l’ami et frère du syndicaliste ne peut être opposable à la direction.»
