Les sinistrés de l’incendie qui a ravagé le pavillon vert du Centre international de commerce du Sénégal (CICES) dans la nuit du 12 au 13 Décembre 2015 lors de la 24 ème édition de la Fidak, ne décolèrent pas. Les victimes qui courent toujours derrière leurs indemnisations ont montré leur colère hier, en marge d’une conférence de presse organisée par le directeur général du Cices, Mr Cheikh Ndiaye.
« On est fatigué des réunions, on en a assez ! Le Cices pouvait nous envoyer des lettres pour nous dire que les dossiers ne sont pas encore complets ! » s’est insurgé Ali, un des sinistrés. Selon le pré-rapport des experts engagés par les autorités, 180 sinistrés ont été enregistrés dont 42 sénégalais. Parmi les nations touchées on peut noter l’Algérie, le Bénin, le Burkina Faso, la Côte d’ivoire, le Madagascar, l’Egypte entre autres…
D’après l’expert marchandise, le préjudice et l’indemnisation se présentent comme suit : la valeur déclarée par les sinistrés équivaut à 2 401 855 569 FCFA. Celle justifiée à 1 087 916 487 FCFA et celle définitive, c’est à dire le montant que le Cices va payer aux sinistrés à 577 573 269 FCFA.
Selon le directeur du Cices, Cheikh Ndiaye « le Cices est le représentant des sinistrés auprès de l’Etat. On doit faire bloc et lutter ensemble. Nous sommes dans l’application du traitement du dossier de façon administrative. C’est pourquoi nous avons pris des experts », a rassuré le Dg du Cices.
Toutefois, il affirme qu’il ne faut pas faire un lien direct entre le fait de ne pas connaitre les causes de l’incendie et le dédommagement. Mr Ndiaye fait appel à plus de patience et de sérénité.
