Le groupe Excaf a obtenu un sursis. La vente de ses biens immobiliers a été suspendue provisoirement. Cela, à la suite d’un appel de l’avocat du groupe, Me Boubacar Cissé. Selon le journal Libération, lu par Actunet.net, le juge a pris cette décision, le temps de vider l’appel déposé par le conseil du groupe Excaf. Les deux parties trouvent un compromis entre temps.
En effet, informe le journal, le Président directeur général du groupe avait proposé à la Banque islamique du Sénégal (Bis) un payement direct de 50 millions de Fcfa et des versements mensuels de 20 millions de Fcfa pour arrêter la procédure de saisie lancée.
Mais la Bis qui réclame 1,7 milliard Cfa au groupe avait rejeté cette proposition d’où la vente aux enchères des biens immobiliers du groupe Excaf programmé pour hier mardi 12 septembre.
Selon le commandement valant saisie-immobilière, la banque a fait main basse sur le titre foncier numéro 11.695. DG reporté au livre foncier de Grand Dakar soit 6.290/Gr (260 millions), le titre foncier 21094/DG (260 millions), le droit de bail portant sur le lot numéro 53 à distraire du titre foncier numéro 13567/DG (750 millions) et le droit de bail portant sur un lot de 438 mètre carré à distraire du titre foncier numéro 4071/DG (450 millions).
D’après le contrat en date du 6 et du 25 juillet 2015 portant ouverture de crédit par la Bis, Excaf a obtenu les fonds réclamés pour financer l’acquisition de décodeurs et ses besoins en fond de roulement dans le cadre du passage de la télévision analogique au numérique via la TNT.
