Parmi ceux placés au banc des accusés, des proches de Karim Wade, fils de l’ancien chef de l’Etat, à savoir Ibrahima Abou Khalil, Karim Abdou Khalil et Pape Mamadou Pouye qui, sont condamnés devant Fraport qui, ne détenait que 10% de sa filiale. Ainsi, Bibo Bourgi, Pouye et Cie avaient tenté de monter au Luxembourg Afriport.
En fait, le journal avoue que le Parquet de Francfort, en Allemagne, soupçonne Fraport d’avoir versé des commissions au Sénégal pour décrocher en 2006, le marché de gestion et d’exploitation de l’Aéroport international Blaise Diagne (Aibd). Ce, “sous la coupe des amis d’enfance de Karim Wade“, ironise le canard de Mermoz estimant que les frais transités par Daport.
D’après Libération, la Justice allemande est convaincue que Fraport était minoritaire dans le capital de sa filiale sénégalaise. Raison pour laquelle, elle a accepté le deal.
