Encore une grève de 48 heures qui va paralyser la justice. Dans la note d’information rendue publique le Syndicat des Travailleurs de la Justice (SYTJUST), informe dans son troisième plan d’action, qu’il « a décrété un mot d’ordre de grève de 48 heures les jeudi 5 et vendredi 6 avril 2018, sur toute l’étendue du territoire national, pour protester contre le dilatoire et le manque d’attention affichés par le gouvernement par rapport à ses revendications ».
Me Aya Diop et ses amis d’indiquer : « à ce jour, le gouvernement n’a posé aucun acte conséquent dans le sens de résoudre la crise qui couve dans le service public de la Justice. » À en croire le syndicat en colère, « depuis le début du deuxième plan d’action du SYTJUST, la semaine dernière, il y a un mutisme constaté du côté du gouvernement ».
Pour les travailleurs en colère « cet état de fait renforce les travailleurs de la Justice dans leur forte conviction de lutter davantage pour une prise en charge adéquate de leurs légitimes revendications qu’ils ont valablement formulées depuis des années sans aucune satisfaction ».
Touhours Me Diop et cie, « la posture du SYTJUST a assuré pendant des années la stabilité et la sérénité nécessaires à l’exercice du pouvoir judiciaire ». Malheureusement, font remarquer les syndicalistes « le gouvernement n’a pas mis à profit cette bonne disposition des travailleurs de la Justice ».
Pour rappel, dixit le SYJUST il exige du gouvernement « l’adoption : du projet de décret modifiant le décret n° 2010-707 du 10 juin 2010 portant organisation et fixant les règles de fonctionnement du Centre de Formation judiciaire (CFJ) ainsi que celui du projet de décret modifiant le décret n° 2011-509 du 12 avril 2011 portant statut particulier des fonctionnaires de la Justice.
Le SYTJUST demande en même temps l’adoption “du projet de décret fixant le mode de répartition des sommes versées au titre des droits de délivrance des actes en matière civile, commerciale, criminelle, correctionnelle, de simple police, des sommes retenues sur paiements effectués dans le cadre des saisies-rémunération et d’apposition de la formule exécutoire sur les ordonnances de contrainte en matière sociale ?
Ce n’est pas fini, car Me Diop et ses collègues exigent l’adoption du projet de décret fixant les droits de dépôt et de délivrance des actes en matière civile et commerciale, et d’apposition de formule exécutoire sur les ordonnances de contrainte en matière sociale en même temps que celui du projet de décret modifiant le décret n° 2014-769 du 12 juin 2014 abrogeant et remplaçant le décret n° 91-490 du 8 mai 1991 fixant les conditions d’attribution et d’occupation des logements administratifs.
Par ailleurs, clame le le SYTJUST il dit attendre du gouvernement l’ouverture de négociations sérieuses relatives à l’octroi d’indemnité de logement, à l’octroi d’une prime d’incitation à la célérité et à l’augmentation de l’indemnité de participation à la Judicature.
