Ce dernier invite Mbacké à déplacer le véhicule. Le taximan lui demande un peu plus de temps. Refus de l’adjoint au maire. Quelques échanges de propos aigres-doux plus tard, Diouf s’empare de briques et réduit en morceaux le pare-brise de la voiture.
Serigne Mbacké dépose une plainte. Djiby Diouf est arrêté avec son frère, Pape Diouf, reconnu coupable d’avoir participé à la casse. Les frères Diouf ont été condamnés à un mois ferme et à verser un million à la victime.
