Il a rédigé un communiqué de presse pour faire la précision suivante : “Si l’âge de la retraite des travailleurs est fixé à 60 ans par l’accord d’entreprise de la Rts, nous n’avons connaissance d’aucun document fixant celui du Directeur général, non agent de la Rts, nommé par décret. Un Directeur général n’est pas un employé, il est un mandataire qui n’est pas concerné par les dispositions du Code du travail et de la Convention nationale interprofessionnelle qui fixe l’âge de la retraite à 60 ans. D’ailleurs, c’est pourquoi un Directeur général peut être révoqué à tout moment sans justification”, tient-il à préciser.
