Le sieur Mamour Cissé est dans de sales draps. Le quidam avait été récemment licencié dans un restaurant de la place du fait de son comportement qui laisse à désirer. Après avoir repris ses esprits, il a été entendu sur procès-verbal. Bousculé de questions, il a reconnu sans ambages les faits. Toutefois, il a déclaré qu’il ne détenait pas de couteau au cours de cette nuit-là. Mieux, dira-t-il, son intention n’a jamais été de violer la cuisinière mais trouvé un lieu où passer la nuit.
Au terme de cette audition, les enquêteurs lui ont notifié qu’en raison des indices graves et concordants de nature à motiver son inculpation pour menace de mort et violence et voies de fait, il sera placé en position de garde-à-vue. Dans la foulée, il a été également notifié au sieur Mamour Cissé son droit de se faire assister par un avocat. Il a déclaré ne pas en solliciter. Sur ce, le mis en cause a été déféré au parquet.
