Au terme d’une visite de quelques chantiers à la Sicap Rue 10 et à Grand Mbao, le directeur général de la Sicap Ibrahima Sall a présidé la cérémonie de remise de clés aux attributaires de logements sociaux à Sicap Keur Massar. Ibrahima Sall en a profité pour rappeler que la Sicap a consenti des risques pour arriver à ce niveau de performance.
Le directeur général de la Sicap a procédé, hier, à la remise des clés aux différents attributaires de logements de Sicap Keur Massar. Ces logements font partie de la seconde phase de construction d’un projet de 100 logements. Un autre lot de 91 maisons a déjà été remis à leurs propriétaires. La cérémonie de réception a été présidée par Yatma Guèye, directeur de cabinet du ministre du Renouveau urbain, de l’Habitat et du Cadre de vie.
Première à recevoir les clés de sa maison des mains du directeur général de la Sicap, la dame Seynabou Seck n’a pas caché sa joie. «Le rêve de tout parent est d’avoir une maison pour sécuriser sa famille. C’est le vœu le plus ardent d’une mère de famille qui se réalise grâce à la Sicap», déclare-t-elle particulièrement émue.
Pour sa part, le directeur général de la Sicap est revenu sur la mission de la société qu’il dirige. «L’accès à l’habitat constitue une grande préoccupation pour les populations sénégalaises. Sous ce registre, nous avons besoin d’innover et d’investir pour accroître notre production», affirme Ibrahima Sall qui estime que le chemin a été fastidieux avant d’arriver à ces résultats.. «Il y a cinq ans en 2012, sans cette prise de risque, la Sicap ne serait pas à ce niveau de performance. Nous avons pris des décisions difficiles. Ce succès dans le domaine immobilier est arrimé à une vision ouverte, faite d’audace et de réalisme», indique le directeur général de la Sicap tout en poursuivant : «la cérémonie de remise symbolique des clés à leurs attributaires est un temps fort dans la vie de notre société. Elle consacre la réception de 100 logements économiques commercialisés au prix de 175.000 francs l’unité payable sur une période de 10 ans».
L’optimisme en bandoulière, Ibrahima Sall entrevoit l’avenir de la boîte sous un angle particulièrement radieux. «Les perspectives sur les sept prochaines années sont claires. Il s’agira pour nous de produire chaque année des logements en nombre croissant. Ce long terme, c’est en vérité, la confiance à l’aboutissement positif de notre travail», affirme le natif de Darou Mousty. En plus des 100 logements réceptionnés à Sicap Keur Massar, le directeur général de la Sicap a annoncé la réception prochaine de 100 autres appartements, ainsi que la livraison de 312 parcelles viabilisés à leurs acquéreurs.
Pour l’année 2018, il est prévu de construire des logements à Sicap Diass, Sicap Bambilor et Sicap Lac Rose. Des projets de construction seront accompagnés de travaux de voirie, de sites de stationnements, d’espaces verts ainsi que d’un nouveau centre commercial et d’un hôtel.
Dans le souci de doter les citoyens de logements décents, la «Cité Célibataire» appartenant à la Sicap a été démolie suite à un accord avec les occupants qui ont été désintéressés à hauteur de deux millions, en plus d’une parcelle et d’un montant supplémentaire de 200.000 FCFA pour les aider à déménager. Ce qui a été fait en 48 heures. Ainsi sur le site de la Sicap Rue 10, des travaux de construction de sept immeubles ont démarré depuis le 2 octobre dernier. D’ailleurs, ce chantier a constitué la première étape de la visite du directeur général de la Sicap. Sur place, le chef projet a révélé que les sept immeubles (R+4) avec ascenseurs vont compter au total 56 appartements moyen standing. Chaque appartement coûtera 55 millions FCFA. Un prix accessible comparé aux appartements de la Cité Keur Gorgui qui ont coûté 109 millions FCFA. Le délai de réalisation de ces immeubles est de 14 mois. Par contre, le délai de réalisation du complexe Sicap Mbao à (Grand Mbao) est d’un an seulement.
