Dans son texte, il soutient que «si les 3000 milliardssupplémentaires découverts par Amadou Bâ dans la production de richesse en 2014 revenaient aux pauvres de ce pays, le Président Macky Sall serait capable de porter la bourse familiale à 1.000.000 Cfa par an au lieu de 100.000 Cfa pour les 300.000 familles. Car, ceci ne représenterait que 10% de l’accroissement de la richesse découvert par l’équipe au pouvoir». Or, Macky Sall ne peut pas le faire. La raison, selon lui, est que c’est parl’endettementsurles marchésfinanciers de l’Uemoa qu’il finance les bourses familiales. Le leader de Tekki souligne que l’endettement n’a de sens économique que s’il est maîtrisé ets’ilsert à augmenter les capacités productives du pays. Or, l’endettement de Macky, c’est pour les firmes étrangères et ses affidés, Holding Amar, Bictogo, Iris et la nouvelle aristocratie de Benno. À l’en croire, ce sont eux qui «mangent» sa croissance.
