Mankeur Ndiaye est nommé président du Comité national de l’Initiative pour la transparence dans les industries extractives (CN-Itie). Il va occuper ses nouvelles fonctions avec rang de ministre.
Non reconduit à la tête du ministère des Affaires étrangères et des Sénégalais de l’extérieur, lors du dernier remaniement, Mankeur Ndiaye n’aura donc pas attendu longtemps pour reprendre du service au cœur de l’État.
Il remplace à son nouveau poste Ismaïla Madior Fall, nommé ministre de la Justice. En remplacement de Sidiki Kaba, qui a pris la place de Mankeur Ndiaye.
