L’entreprise française Eiffage aura la charge de construire le Mémorial “Le Joola” pour un financement de 3 milliards de FCfa.
Le début des travaux est prévu pour l’année 2018 et la livraison en 2019, selon le Ministre Abdou Latif Coulibaly qui s’exprimait sur la Rfm.
Il informe que le Mémorial “sera érigé à Ziguinchor, près de l’embarcadère”. La pose de la première pierre est prévue dès 2018, renseigne-t-il.
