Concernant le couple chinois, propriétaire de l’auberge Golden Sun où le crime s’est déroulé, les enquêteurs s’intéressent particulièrement à eux. Pris depuis le lundi 18 septembre par les éléments de la Police de Grand-Yoff, les deux Chinois font face aux questions des enquêteurs jusqu’à, hier (mardi) encore, 21 heures.
Une amie à Awa Ndiaye a également été entendue par les éléments de la Sûreté urbaine. Présente sur les lieux au moment du crime, c’est elle qui a ramassé le téléphone portable et le sac à main de la victime Awa Ndiaye. Elle aussi a été gardée en interrogatoire les lundi 18 et mardi 19 septembre. Elle a même été acheminée au Commissariat central où elle a passé un peu plus de trois heures de temps.
