Selon lui, Me Président Niass a souvent violé le règlement intérieur. « Quand je le dis, je suis objectif. Pour le vote du budget, chaque député a au minimum droit à 5 minutes et peut faire une autre intervention, s’il fait partie de la première liste. On n’a jamais appliqué cela durant ces 5 ans. En plus, de là où il se trouve, le Président Niass participe au débat. Il n’a pas le droit de le faire, il lit des discours. C’est violer le règlement intérieur de l’Assemblée nationale », confie-t-il.
Poursuivant, Modou Diagne Fada, en déplorant le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’enquête parlementaire, ni de commission d’information, a fustigé beaucoup de dysfonctionnement notés au sein de l’hémicycle, notamment sur la gestion : « Le premier ministre qui devait venir tous les mois, est venu 4 à 5 fois. Et quand un député veut faire une proposition de loi, on lui dit il faut trouver le financement. Et comment un élu de l’opposition peut-il trouver ses moyens ? Le seul fait noble, positif, c’est la traduction simultanée et malheureusement, c’est un projet de la 11ème Législature que la 12ème a concrétisée ».
