Nominations de ministres et Dg: «CAR Natangue» en phase avec Macky

Sur les nominations qui agitent le camp de Benno, CAR Natangué ne voit pas à en redire selon son vice coordonnateur et responsable politique Apr à Kounoune, Demba Diallo.

«CAR Natangué» est en phase avec le Président Sall à propos des nominations de ministres et Dg. Pour Demba Diallo, le vice coordonnateur de ce mouvement du camp présidentiel, «ceux qui grincent des dents pour n’avoir pas été nommés sont des égoïstes». Pour M. Diallo qui est en même temps   responsable politique Apr à Kounoune où il informe dépenser ses propres moyens sans avoir jamais réclamé quoi que ce soit, «c’est au Président de la République que la Constitution donne droit de nommer aux différents emplois civils et militaires». Ainsi déclare t-il ne pas comprendre que des gens se mettent à contester ses nominations au motif que son choix ne s’est pas porté sur eux. Toujours selon le coordonnateur de CAR Natangué, «ceux qui contestent la nomination d’Aliou Sall au poste de Dg de la CDC, ont-ils oublié que le Président Abdou Diouf a eu à nommer son frère Maguette au poste de ministre et que Me Abdoulaye Wade a fait de son fils Karim, un super ministre d’Etat ?».

Pour   Demba Diallo qui se réclame de Gounass où il est né et y a grandi, «Aliou Sall a abattu un excellent travail à Guédiawaye, visible partout dans cette partie de la banlieue de Dakar». Son  cursus aidant, Demba Diallo se dit favorable à la nomination de ce maire à n’importe quel poste où il peut continuer à servir son pays. Le vice coordonnateur de CAR Natangué est également en phase avec le Président Sall qui a fait de Moustapha Diakhaté son chef de cabinet. « Moustapha est un homme qui dit ce qu’il pense. Il est sincère et conséquent avec lui-même, donc un bon collaborateur qui saura, à chaque fois que de besoin, dire au Président de la République ce qu’il pense», dixit M. Diallo qui  se réjouit de la reconduction du ministre Oumar Guèye à son poste. «Si le  Chef de l’Etat a décidé de garder  Oumar Guèye à son poste, c’est parce qu’il a bien travaillé», soutient il. C’est dans le même ordre d’idées que Demba Diallo appelle Macky Sall à renforcer des responsables tels Abdou Mboup. «Si le Président Sall renforce les moyens de responsables comme Abdou Mboup qui n’a de préoccupation que la massification de l’Apr, il peut  dormir tranquille, en étant assuré que les élections de 2019 seront remportées par son camp au premier tour».
