«Nous ne sommes plus dans une logique de dénonciation, nous devons poser des actes, parce que les gens que nous avons en face ne nous respecte pas. C’est pourquoi je lance un appel à vous, ici présents, de dire à vos proches, à vos amis, de boycotter tous les produits de toutes les multinationales françaises présentes au Sénégal. Il faut leur dire de ne plus acheter le carburant chez Shell, Elf ou Total. Il faut leur dire de ne plus acheter dans les magasins Auchan, Leader Price ou Citydia. Il faut les inciter à acheter chez les Sénégalais. Laissons-leur leurs produits», a exhorté Thiaat.
