Une altercation s’en est suivie au cours de laquelle, l’agent de police a giflé l’intéressé’’, rappelle le Bureau des relations publiques de la Police nationale dans un communiqué reçu à l’APS.
‘’Informé de cet incident, le ministre de l’Intérieur a vivement déploré et regretté cette attitude inqualifiable’’, indique la même source, ajoutant que ‘’l’autorité de police a immédiatement après, fait relever l’agent concerné pour purger une sanction disciplinaire en attendant d’autres mesures qui seront prises à son encontre’’.
Dans le communiqué, le ministre de l’Intérieur ‘’rappelle, qu’en toutes circonstances, le citoyen doit être traité dans le respect de ses droits’’.
