Une dame a chargé un conducteur de Jakarta du nom de M.M. Cissé de conduire ses filles jumelles âgées de 8 ans au quartier Santhia Ba D de Louga. En conduisant les filles dans un lieu calme et sombre, il abuse de l’une d’elle.
C’est après avoir satisfait sa libido qu’il a déposé les jumelles dans un terrain vague, près du domicile de leur tante. Elles ont regagné la maison en pleurant à chaudes larmes. Questionnées sur leur comportement, celle qui avait été épargnée a tout raconté.
Désorientée, la tante a conduit l’enfant dans sa chambre pour vérifier. Ayant constaté des traces de sang, elle l’emmène voir un gynécologue le lendemain.
