C’est ainsi que Khalifa Sall et sa défense ont cité le projet de revêtement des stades municipaux de gazon synthétique, les ordures, le pavage des rues qui sont autant de projets selon le maire de Dakar qui ont été torpillés par l’Etat qui a crée le ministère du renouveau urbain pour mieux lui mettre les bâtons dans les roues.
