La nomination d’Oumar Diallo à la Direction générale des Douanes sénégalaises par Macky Sall est sujette à caution si l’on en croit nos confrères du quotidien Le Témoin qui indiquent que l’intéressé du haut de ses 63 ans, est depuis trois ans retraité de la Douane. Rappelant que le règlement militaire dispose que les Officiers supérieurs partent à la retraite à 60 ans et ne peuvent en aucun cas commander les soldats en activité, le journal se demande si Macky Sall n’a pas violé le règlement militaire en posant un acte illégal ?
