La Commission de protection des données personnelles (Cdp) a “saisi le Premier ministre (Mahammad Dionne) pour que le site Seneporno soit bloqué au Sénégal”. La Cdp a donné cette information dans un communiqué dans lequel elle précise que “cette requête intervient après des semaines d’investigation pour identifier les propriétaires et les administrateurs dudit site”.
Les services d’Awa Ndiaye, la présidente de la Cdp, indiquent que les “investigations n’ont pas encore abouti à l’identification des administrateurs, mais que la Cdp est déterminée à protéger la vie privée des concitoyens, comme l’exige la loi”.
C’est que Seneporno cause de nombreux dégâts. “La Cdp a reçu récemment plusieurs plaintes de citoyens et de hautes autorités sur des cas de divulgation de leurs données personnelles et d’atteinte à leur vie privée par le site internet”, renseigne le communiqué.
