Un homme, âgé de 52 ans, était jugé depuis lundi par la cour d’assises du Puy-de-Dôme pour tortures et actes de barbarie ayant entraîné la mort de sa compagne.
Le 5 juin 2014, ce quinquagénaire a appelé les secours pour dire que sa femme venait de mettre fin à ses jours à leur domicile de Malintrat.
Les pompiers ont découvert le corps de la victime, nu et couvert d’hématomes, sur le lit de la chambre maculé de sang.
L’autopsie a révélé des déchirures des parties anale et vaginale, ainsi qu’une fracture du coccyx. Des résultats totalement incompatibles avec la thèse du suicide.
Victor a alors expliqué que sa concubine était décédée après lui avoir pratiqué un «fist-fucking», une pénétration avec le poing.
Mais pour les enquêteurs, c’est un manche à balai, sur lequel l’ADN de la victime a été retrouvé aux deux extrémités, qui a été utilisé pour la pénétrer et qui a provoqué son décès.
Victor Da Silva a tenté de faire croire que la victime était consentante, mais l’ADN de l’accusé retrouvé sous les 5 ongles de la main gauche de la victime laisse supposer une scène d’une extrême violence.
Cet homme, déjà condamné par le passé à 10 ans de prison pour trafic de drogue, a été condamné mercredi à 30 ans de réclusion criminelle.
